Of course it is possible.  

When recruiting sub-partners (distributors) as a super partner (sub-partner), the super partner is entitled to receive additional commission.  

Sub-partner program You can also check all of your sub-partner's activities, memberships, sales revenue, etc. in the partner manager.  

Super Partner Commission Plan Master Distributors can apply rates directly.
